Current Exhibits

Point Betsie Lighthouse Museum offers eight rooms with historical exhibits, including Point Betsie's Lantern Room. The lantern room is a 34-step climb to the top of the lighthouse. Other exhibits include the brand new Boathouse exhibit (photos below) along with outdoor features that provide guests with photo opportunities in a pristine American Lighthouse setting on the shores of Lake Michigan.

Guests and visitors of all ages can imagine the complexities of a U.S. Coast Guard Life Saving Rescue and see the rare U.S. Coast Guard 21-foot, inboard powered wooden boat called a lapstrake.
