Cost:
$4 per adult
$2 per child under 12
There is no charge for children under 6
Notes:
- Tickets stop being sold about
4:15 PM to allow everyone a chance for a complete tour.
- No one under 3 1/2 feet in height
will allowed to climb the tower and therefore will not be charged the cost of the
tour.

SCHEDULING
SPECIAL EVENTS
Personal events such as weddings,
memorial services and baptisms have taken place on the beach at Point Betsie through
the years. Since the light station came under Benzie County ownership with operation
by the lighthouse’s Friends group, an increasing number of these events have been
held within the grounds despite the limited availability of facilities such as indoor
space and electricity, and the lack of running water. The expected completion of
the lighthouse’s rehabilitation in the spring of 2010, and the already finished restoration
of the fog signal building, are expected to enhance the availability of facilities
and services within Point Betsie’s buildings and grounds for small group activities,
especially during the summer and shoulder seasons.
